Man Laying Out in Speedo and Drinking Beer in the Middle of the Forest

So I was at a small state park in California, a few weeks ago. We drove by a small camping area, when I cam across some guy laying out in a speedo, drinking beer. I don't think he was tanning, because there was no sun, with all the trees around. He wasn't far from the road, so he obviously wasn't trying to hide. So naturally, I took a picture as we drove by, thus the slight blurriness.
