There are many a pimpled faced teenager out there that would argue Doritos and Mountain Dew naturally belong together. Perhaps their argument has some merit. But should they be combined, into some sort of chip/drink Franken-snack?
Redditor Steve Barnes, a freshman at Kent State University, spotted a kiosk distributing free samples of a new Mountain Dew product: Dewitos. Yes, that's Mountain Dew flavored like Doritos. Barnes reports that "it actually tasted like Doritos."
According to Neatorama, they received an email from Pepsi, the company that makes Mountain Dew, confirming that this is a real product being tested.
